This is a lovely sheltered camp site set in beautiful countryside but within easy distance of the city of Hull and only 30 miles from the East Yorkshire coast with its excellent beaches. There are four separate camping bays, each with its own drinking water tap, and a toilet and shower block, plus indoor accommodation available if required.
Highly recommended.
Camped here lots of times and always disappointed when I go elsewhere to find other sites are not as wonderful!
Guideacres is a beautiful, well maintained site with excellent facilities. There’s water on every site, good toilets and showers are and a great campfire circle. I like the fact that it is in the country, with walks and woods around about, but large supermarkets just 10 minutes away, brilliant water activity centre just down the road, lots of different things on site (grass sledging, confidence course, games, orienteering, go karts, etc), while being peaceful and huge and green with loads of space. We like campsites where we can do just camp and have a great time and the sky is the limit (with a little imagination!) There’s even equipment to borrow if you need it, and a lovely team running the site. Thanks, Guideacres, see you soon.
